  • MAINTENANCE REQUESTS - Please submit maintenance requests online

CAN I PAY MY RENT ONLINE?

Yes! You can access the online rent payment here. If you need help setting up your online account email contact@elfantpontz.com.

WHEN IS RENT DUE?

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee is imposed on or after the 6th day of the month in office and after 4pm on the 5th day of the month for online payments. If the 5th is over a weekend or on a holiday then any payment in office dropbox prior to 9 AM of the next business day will be considered on time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?

The security deposit is to be returned within thirty (30) days after vacating the rental unit, in one check payable to all persons who signed the lease.

AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS?

It depends where you live, some buildings are pet friendly and some are not, however no pets are allowed without prior written consent, a signed pet addendum and deposit.

CAN I INSTALL A SATELLITE DISH ON THE PROPERTY?

No, please contact management to discuss your specific situation.

DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?

Yes, renters insurance is required per the lease agreement.

WHO SHOULD I CALL IF MY CAR OR MY GUEST’S CAR IS TOWED?

Call the tow company (signs are posted).
