Locked Out?

The landlord is not responsible for providing access when a resident is locked out due to the resident’s negligence. If a landlord’s representative can provide access, which is not guaranteed, the charges listed below will be applied to the rental account, which are considered additional rent.

$75.00             Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
$100.00            Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
$100.00           Weekdays between 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
$150.00            9:00 P.M. to Midnight
$200.00           Midnight to 8:00 A.M. and legal holidays

Emergency Examples:

  • No heat, and it’s below 50 degrees outside

  • Electrical outlets or light switches are sparking

  • The water supply line is leaking

  • Fire (call 911 prior if applicable)

  • Gas leak (call PGW’s emergency number: 215 235 1212)
