• RENT PAYMENTS - We strongly encourage residents to use their online Resident Portal to pay rent. You can do so by logging in using the red “Resident Portal” button on the top right of this page.  If you need assistance setting up an account, please email contact@elfantpontz.com or call 215-844-1200 ext 142 and leave a voicemail. We will contact you to help you set up your account. Payment Processing Info: E-check/ACH $2.49, Debit Card $9.99, Credit Card 3.49%, Physical check/Money order $4.99, Electronic cash payment $4.99.

• MAINTENANCE REQUESTS - Please submit maintenance requests through your online Resident Portal.
